Is it safe to order online?
Our online payment system uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmission. All your personal and financial information is 100% secure during the entire shopping experience.
Are the pictures shown on the site an accurate representation of the actual product?
During the photography process we try to ensure that the images you see online are as close to the real thing as possible. It is worth noting that all monitors and screens have different colour settings so use the zoom functionality to get a close-up view of the items and check the product description for more information.
Do you display prices in my local currency ?
We currently display prices in USD only. A currency converter feature will be added soon.
Do you have a shop I could visit ?
We are, currently, an online/internet based shop and do not have a physical shop. We shall announce any physical shop we partner with in future when we do
Do you offer wholesale or discount pricing ?
Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for re-sellers of our products. For retail customers who place a large order we can provide a small discount. Please get in touch via our contact page. Individuals may also have announced discounts.
Do you offer custom made orders ?
Yes, we can custom make orders with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces. Please reach us via our contact page.
How can I get hold of items that are out of stock ?
Our items may, usually, be limited edition with no guarantee of a restock. If you are in urgent need of more than we have stocked, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.
What are my shipping options ?
Our main courier partners are DHL Express and Ghana Post. Expedited shipping will be via DHL Express. Delivery timelines will vary depending on the shipper used; allow order processing time of 1-2 business days.
For international orders, 3-5 business days to deliver if DHL Express is he courier, and 14-28 business days if Ghana Post is the courier.
For domestic orders, 2-5 business days depending on which part of the country we are to make the delivery and which shipper is used.
How do I redeem a promotional code/ voucher ?

Do your bow ties come self-knotted ?
All bow ties are usually shipped untied (loose) unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase or prior to shipping. The bow tie connects via metal hooks (with sliders). We may at times ship them already knotted.
Our bow ties usually fit neck sizes 14"-18". For a wider neck size, reach out to us on our contact page.
