Where are you based?

We are based in Ghana.

 

Is it safe to order online?

Our online payment system uses industry-standard SSL-encryption to protect data transmissions. All your personal and financial information is 100% secure during the entire shopping experience.

 

Are the pictures shown on the site an accurate representation of the actual product?

During the photography process, we try to ensure that the images you see online are as close to the real thing as possible. It’s worth noting that all monitors have different color settings so use the zoom functionality to get a close-up view of the items and check the product description for more information.

 

Do I need to set up an account to make a purchase?

No. You can place an order without creating an account.

 

Do you have a shop I could visit?

We are, currently, an internet based shop and do not have a physical shop. We shall announce any physical shop we partner with in future.

 

Do you offer wholesale or discounted pricing?

Yes, we offer wholesale pricing for re-sellers of our products. For retail customers who place a large order, we can provide a small discount. Please get in touch via our contact page.

 

Do you offer custom made orders?

Yes, we can custom make orders with a minimum quantity of 100 pieces. Please reach us via our contact page.

 

How can I get hold of the items that are out of stock?

Our items may, usually, be limited edition with no guarantee of a re-stock. If you are in urgent need of more items than we have stock, please contact us and we will try to accommodate you.

 

What are my shipping options?

Our main courier partners are DHL Express and Ghana Post. Free shipping will be via Ghana Post, and expedited (paid) via DHL Express. Delivery timeliness will vary depending on the shipper used; allow order processing time of 1-2 days.

For international orders, 3-5 business days to deliver if DHL Express is the courier, and 14-28 business days if Ghana Post is the courier.

For domestic orders, 2-5 business days depending on which part of the country we are to make the delivery and which shipper is used.

 

How do I redeem a promotional code / voucher code?

You may type the promotional or voucher code at the checkout page.

Do your bow ties come pre-tied?

All bow ties are shipped untied (loose) unless otherwise requested at the time of purchase or prior to shipping. The bow tie connects via a metal hooks (with sliders).

 

What sizes are your bow ties?

Our bow ties usually fit neck sizes 14"-18". For a wider neck size, reach out to us on our contact page.
